State ex rel. Doner v. Logan



MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS


In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus.

Upon consideration of relators' motion for an order for respondents to show cause why they should not be held in contempt, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. Respondents shall appear before the court on December 4, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. for a show cause hearing. Relators may also appear for the hearing.
