MISCELLANEOUS ORDERS


In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus.

Upon consideration pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 10.5, it is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that an alternative writ is granted and the following briefing schedule is set for presentation of evidence and filing of briefs pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 10.6:

Relators shall file their brief and evidence within seven days of the date of this entry; respondent shall file its brief and evidence within seven days after the filing of relators' brief; and relators may file a reply brief within three days after filing of respondent's brief.

It is further ordered that service of documents shall be on the date of filing by personal service, facsimile transmission, or e-mail, as provided in S.Ct.Prac.R. 10.9(C).

O'Connor, C.J., and Pfeifer, Lundberg Stratton, O'Donnell, Lanzinger, Cupp, and McGee Brown, JJ., concur.
