PER CURIAM:
Denied. Relator has previously exhausted his right to state collateral review, see State ex rel. Cooley v. State , 15-2339 (La. 2/26/16), 184 So.3d 1281, and he fails to carry his burden of showing that one of the narrow exceptions authorizing the filing of a successive application applies. See La.C.Cr.P. arts. 930.4 & 930.8.
