IN RE: Cooks, Michael A.; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Caddo, 1st Judicial District Court Div. G, Nos. 173, 208;

Granted. Relator's execution set for January 5, 2000, is stayed. This Court previously directed the district court to refer this case to the Louisiana Indigent Defense Assistance Board (LIDAB) for purposes of enrolling counsel to represent relator in post-conviction proceedings.
