MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS


In Quo Warranto. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of quo warranto.

Upon consideration of the joint motion for leave to clarify the record and the joint motion for leave to redact and replace, it is ordered by the court that the motion for leave to clarify the record is granted and the motion for leave to redact and replace is denied as to replacing an existing exhibit and granted as to redacting the exhibit. Counsel for all parties shall come to the Supreme Court of Ohio Clerk's Office and redact all personal identifiers, as defined by Sup.R. 44(H) and S.Ct.Prac.R. 3.12, within ten days of the date of this entry.
