Appeal from the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (MURRAY, J.).

Habeas corpus proceeding by the State on the relation of James Burger, against J. Leroy Wright, Warden. From an order denying the writ, the relator appeals.

Affirmed.

The cause was argued before MARBURY, C.J., and DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, HENDERSON, and MARKELL, JJ.
