In re: Michael Burge applying for writ of mandamus. Parish of Jefferson.


Application granted except that the Court will appoint counsel to represent applicant on application for rehearing.

Previous action by this Court denying rehearing [see 359 So.2d 616] is set aside, having been improvident in light relator's not having been represented by counsel, and in light of relator's having timely sought a rehearing and appointment of counsel.
