MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus involving an expedited election matter. Sua sponte, the case is converted into an original action in mandamus, and the case shall proceed pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.04. Respondents shall file a response to the complaint within 21 days of the date of service of the summons and complaint.
