For the reasons assigned in suit number 3724 on the docket of this Court, entitled, State of Louisiana, Through Department of Highways v. Medica, 257 So.2d 450, decided this date, the judgment of the district court is amended by reducing the award from the sum of $12,835.00 to the sum of $9,840.00, and as amended is affirmed. Costs of this appeal to be paid by appellees.

Amended and affirmed.
