ORDER


Pending before the Court are the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 8) and Plaintiff's Objection (Docket No. 10).

The Court has independently reviewed the Magistrate Judge's findings and conclusion. The Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation is adopted and approved.

Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion to Quash Summons (Docket No. 1) is DENIED and this case is DISMISSED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
