IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Darlene E. Odar, Attorney Registration No. 0019001, last known business address in Canton, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of March 1, 2005, to wit: failure to surrender her attorney registration card and file an affidavit of compliance on or before March 31, 2005.
