Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of New York.

From a decree in admiralty holding the tug of Russell Bros. Towing Co., Inc., solely liable to the libellant for damage to the latter's scow, Russell Bros. Towing Co., Inc., appealed; libellant filed cross-assignments of error.
