So much of the judgment as dismissed the plaintiff's complaint against defendant Springfield Donuts, Inc. only, and only as to the limited issue of breach of duty of care concerning the failure to call the police or provide first aid is vacated. In all other respects the judgment is affirmed. The case is remanded for additional proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
