The petition to invoke all writs jurisdiction has been treated as a petition for writ of mandamus. Having been advised that the Second District Court of Appeal issued a decision in Case No. 2D06-5803, the petition is hereby dismissed as moot.
Petitioner's "Verified Motion to Expedite and Appendix" and "Verified Motion to Supplement Habeas Corpus" are hereby denied.
