Stacy v. Clay County Board of Commr

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 18, 1996
675 So. 2d 233 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1996)

Opinion

No. 95-4215.

June 18, 1996.

A Petition for Writ of Certiorari — Original Jurisdiction.

R. Mitchell Prugh of Middleton Prugh, P.A., Melrose, for Petitioner.

Mark H. Scruby, County Attorney and Frances J. Moss, Assistant County Attorney, Green Cove Springs, for Respondent.

By petition for writ of certiorari, we are asked to review a final order issued by the Circuit Court of Clay County acting in its appellate capacity. Petitioner contends the Circuit Court failed to apply the correct law to the rezoning issue presented in this case. We disagree, and deny the petition. See Board of County Commissioners v. Snyder, 627 So.2d 469 (Fla. 1993).

BOOTH, JOANOS and WOLF, JJ., concur.
