This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Shreveport, Louisiana trial session, scheduled to begin May 2, 2024.

On January 22, 2024, the Court held a conference call with counsel for the Commissioner and petitioner Melanie D. Stacey. On the call, the parties informed the Court that they have reached an agreement and need additional time to submit a stipulated decision to the Court. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call at the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 1, 2024, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or the Commissioner shall file a status report apprising the Court of the then-present status.
