Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 30, 2020. Motion by the respondent Bedivere Insurance Company to stay the above-referenced appeal pursuant to an order of liquidation of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania dated March 11, 2021, in a matter entitled Altman v Bedivere Insurance Company, pending in that court under No. 1 BIC 2021.
