Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated August 23, 2013, for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to appellant's prior motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that motion is denied as moot, as by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 7, 2013, appellant's prior motion was denied.
