PER CURIAM.
Plaintiffs, the St. Louis Police Officer’s Association ("SLPOA") and its member, Edward Clark (collectively, "Appellants") appeal from the trial court’s judgment denying declaratory and injunctive relief against defendant, the City of St. Louis ("City"). Intervenor Firefighters Association Local 73 also opposed Plaintiffs’ Petition for Declaratory Judgment. We affirm.
No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
