ORDERED that the motion to strike is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to appellant's objections to the pages in question in the respondent's brief being set forth in appellant's reply brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the reply brief is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to July 25, 2013.
