ORDER
The Court GRANTS the State's motion to supplement the record. We ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) supplemental records containing the State's August 22, 2008 response to appellant's motion for post-conviction DNA testing in trial court no. F80-16530-J and the State's February 18, 2009 response to appellant's motion for post-conviction DNA testing in trial court nos. F81-01027-J, F81-01105-J, and F81-02518-J or (2) written verification that the documents could not be located by the Dallas County District Clerk.
The Court DENIES appellant's January 13, 2016 pro se motion to strike the Anders brief filed by appellate counsel. We ORDER appellate counsel Nanette Hendrickson to provide appellant with copies of all supplemental clerk's and reporter's records filed in these appeals.
The Court has reviewed the parties jurisdictional briefs. All jurisdictional issues will be deferred to the submissions panel.
Appellant's pro se response to the Anders brief filed by counsel is due by MAY 31, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, Nanette Hendrickson, the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, and to Gary Wayne Barnes, Sr.
