ORDERED that Colette VanDerbeck, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Daniel Gartenstein, Esq., P.O. Box 3575, 369 Washington Avenue, Kingston, NY 12402, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b).
