ORDER
Defendant/Cross-Claimant Peoples Bank, N.A., and Defendants/Cross-Claimants Trans Union, LLC, Experian Information Solutions, Inc., and Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc., having filed their Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice, and the Court, having been duly advised, hereby GRANTS approval of the same.
It is therefore ORDERED that all claims of Defendant/Cross-Claimant Peoples Bank, N.A., against Defendants/Cross-Claimants Trans Union, LLC, Experian Information Solutions, Inc., and Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc., only be and hereby are DISMISSED with prejudice.
