ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On March 24, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition does not bear the original signature of petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, petitioner shall file with the Court a Ratification of Petition ratifying and affirming the filing of the petition filed to commence this case on his behalf. Failure to comply with this Order may result in dismissal of this case.
