Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on September 27, 2013, and October 31, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Julie M. Sheridan, Esq., dated July 11, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before September 29, 2014, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
