Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on September 27, 2013, and October 31, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Julie M. Sheridan, Esq., dated November 24, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 7, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 28, 2014, and inserting in its place the date March 27, 2015.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted.
