MICHAEL ANTHONY SPILLINO, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

Michael Anthony Spillino appeals from a judgment of conviction entered pursuant to a guilty plea of possession of stolen property. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Patrick Flanagan, Judge.

Spillino claims the district court erred by failing to order specific performance, allow him to withdraw his guilty plea, or rescind the guilty plea agreement when the guilty plea agreement was breached after the judgment of conviction was entered. Spillino is appealing from a judgment of conviction. However, he is challenging events that occurred after the judgment of conviction was entered. Therefore, his claim is not properly raised in this appeal and we decline to consider it. See NRS 177.015(3). As Spillino has not challenged the proceedings leading to the judgment of conviction or the judgment of conviction itself, we

ORDER the judgment of conviction AFFIRMED.
