ORDER
After reserving decision on three issues raised by the parties at today's discovery conference, we now make the following rulings:
1) Plaintiff is not entitled to discover documents reflecting the age and discipline of employees said to have violated defendant's sexual harassment policy.
2) We will allow plaintiff to discover what the parties have referred to as the Artisan Credit Package. However, we order the parties to enter into a confidentiality agreement concerning these materials.
3) We will permit plaintiff to subpoena Chemical Bank, now known as J.P. Morgan Chase, for records that may draw into question the credibility of Lissa Baum. However, we do not purport to make any ruling as to whether or not such information would be admissible at trial.
