"IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Union Pacific Railroad Company be permitted to withdraw its pending application for a supervisory writ in these proceedings, reserving to it the right to re-urge in the trial court its motion for additional medical testing of the plaintiff in the event that the trial court judgment in its favor is reversed and the case is remanded for a new trial."
