MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on February 13, 2004. The notice of appeal was received by this Court on April 15, 2004. By letter dated April 19, 2004, the Court advised appellant that his notice of appeal was defective and directed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. Appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file his amended notice of appeal on April 15, 2004. The Court denied appellant's motion on June 1, 2004 and ordered appellant to file his amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the order. The order warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed an amended notice of appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal.
