This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on April 8, 2024, for cases where Los Angeles, California, is the place of trial. On February 23, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena hearing. By Order issued March 4, 2024, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. On March 15, 2024, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that a document subpoena hearing is no longer necessary and that pending review of the tax computations the parties have reached a basis for settlement. ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (EST). It is further
ORDERED that respondent shall notify the subpoenaed third parties that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for March 20, 2024, is no longer necessary. It is further
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the April 8, 2024, Los Angeles, California, trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 8, 2024. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 17, 2024, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
