ORDER

This 6330(d) case is before the Court on the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed March 15, 2024, and heard on May 14, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar for trial in Houston, Texas. Counsel for the parties appeared and were heard. Counsel for petitioner also made an oral motion to withdraw William Lance Stodghill as counsel for petitioner.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion is granted, and William Lance Stodghill is withdrawn as petitioner's counsel. It is further

ORDERED that the joint motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
