Present — Townley, Glennon, Untermyer, Dore and Callahan, JJ.


Order unanimously modified by granting the motion to the extent of allowing fifteen dollars per week, commencing as of June 24, 1943, as alimony pendente lite and $100 as counsel fee, on condition that plaintiff notices the cause for trial for the next available term after joinder of issue and tries the cause when reached, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
