Actions to foreclose mortgages on certain parcels of real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the defendants filed counterclaims alleging unfair trade practices; thereafter, the matters were consolidated and tried to the court, Goldberg, J.; judgments of strict foreclosure and in favor of the plaintiff on the counterclaims, from which the defendants filed a joint appeal to this court. Affirmed.
