Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 7, 2016 and October 18, 2016, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendant-respondent, pro se, having moved to hold the aforesaid appeal in abeyance pending sale of a certain townhouse, for an extension of time to file a respondent's brief and for an order prohibiting plaintiff from filing any additional motions or appeals in this matter, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety. The Clerk is directed to keep the appeal on the calendar for hearing in the first week of the April 2018 Term.
