District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jul 29, 1982
417 So. 2d 769 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. AJ-170.

July 29, 1982.

Petition for review from the Deputy Commissioner.

Charles Desmond Crowley, Fort Lauderdale, for appellants.

Peter S. Schwedock, of Pelzner, Schwedock, Finkelstein Klausner, P.A., Miami, for appellees.

Appellant seeks review of the deputy commissioner's order awarding wage loss benefits for the period January 25, 1981, until August 25, 1981. The order below did not include and the record would not support a finding that an adequate job search was made. Additionally, there was no evidence that the claimant was medically unable to work. Accordingly, the order awarding wage loss benefits is REVERSED.

SHAW and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
