The reporter's record was originally due by September 26 2023 On September 28 2023 the court reporter filed a notification of late record stating she has . not filed the record because she has not been served with notice in accordance with section 51 017 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and appellant has not made payment arrangements for the record However a review of the clerk's record indicates appellant filed an affidavit of indigency in the trial court and is therefore entitled to the record without paying the reporter's fee Accordingly we order the court reporter to file the record if any for the July 28 2023 hearing by October 26, 2023.
