STIPULATION FOR JUDGMENT
WHEREAS plaintiff Sony Financial Services, LLC filed a motion for attorneys' fees and costs on January 25, 2005,
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the parties through their undersigned counsel, in accordance with the attached affidavit of confession of judgment, that the Court will enter judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, pursuant to this stipulation, as follows:
1. Judgment shall be in the amount of $300,000.00, such amount constituting damages comprising attorneys' fees and costs;
2. To the extent that the plaintiff seeks attorneys' fees and costs in excess of $300,000.00, the motion for attorneys' fees and costs is withdrawn;
3. On entry, this judgment will become final and plaintiff will have execution therefor.
Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiff Sony Financial Services, LLC, and against defendants Multi Video Group, Ltd., Rhinoceros Visual Effects Design, LLC, and Cool Beans Digital Audio, Inc., in the amount of $300,000.00.
SO ORDERED.
