By Order dated November 3, 2022, docket entry 14, the Court: (1) continued this case and retained jurisdiction; (2) struck the Standing Pretrial Order served August 12, 2022, docket entry number 11; (3) directed the parties, on or before December 30, 2022, to file a Stipulation of Settled Issues; and (4) directed the parties, on or before December 30, 2022, to submit decision documents or file a joint report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.

On December 28, 2022, docket entry 15, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The Proposed Stipulated Decision addresses all the issues in this case, and the Court will accept and enter the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision. A Stipulation of Settled Issues is therefore not necessary.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties are discharged from their obligation to file a Stipulation of Settled Issues, as directed in the Court's Order, dated November 3, 2022, at docket entry 14.
