Solorio v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Jul 21, 2004
884 So. 2d 154 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2004)

Opinion

No. 2D04-113.

July 21, 2004.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pasco County; Wayne L. Cobb, Judge.

Gerardo Solorio, pro se.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and William I. Munsey, Jr., Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

We affirm the trial court's denial of Gerardo Solorio's petition "to compel the Pasco County prosecuting authorities to execute or dismiss any and all (warrants) [sic] now active" against him. However, our affirmance is without prejudice to Solorio's seeking any relief to which he may be entitled pursuant to section 941.45, Florida Statutes (2003), the Interstate Agreement on Detainers. Affirmed.

ALTENBERND, C.J., and KELLY, J., Concur.
