Anthony Tyrone Solomon appeals his conviction and sentence for sale or delivery of cocaine. We affirm the conviction without discussion.

The sentence of six months' incarceration in the county jail followed by six months of community control is reversed. State v. Davis, 630 So.2d 1059 (Fla. 1994).

AFFIRMED IN PART and REVERSED IN PART.

MINER, LAWRENCE, and BENTON, JJ., concur.
