Bill for separate maintenance and to restrain defendant's incumbering or alienating property. Appeal by defendant from allowance of solicitor's fees and writ of error by complainant on dissolution of temporary injunction and denial of alimony pendente lite.

Appeal from and error to the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. Charles G. Briggle, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1927.

Arffirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded.
