ORDER
We abated this appeal for appellant to obtain a hearing in the trial court on his motion for a free record. Appellant has filed a motion for extension of time to obtain a ruling from the trial court and the clerk of this court has been advised that a hearing has been scheduled for January 29, 2016. We grant the motion for extension of time. We order the clerk of the trial court to file by February 2, 2016, a supplemental record containing the trial court's order on appellant's motion for a free record.
