ORDER

PER CURIAM

This cause is before the Court on appellant counsel's motion to withdraw and motion to extend time to file brief.

Upon review of the documents before the Court, the motion to withdraw provides good cause. Therefore, the motion to withdraw is granted, and appellant is now proceeding pro se. Furthermore, appellant's motion for extension of time to file a brief in this matter is granted. Appellant's brief is now due to be filed on or before July 28, 2023.
