ORDER
By order dated January 14, 2021, we ordered the clerk's record filed on October 22, 2020 be permanently sealed. Upon further review of the clerk's record, the Court has determined that it does not include any of the documents listed in the trial court's November 10, 2020 Rule 76a order requiring sealing. Accordingly, we DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to unseal the clerk's record filed on October 22, 2020.
On the Court's own motion, we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, within five days of the date of this order, a non-sealed supplemental clerk's record containing the documents in the sealed supplemental clerk's record filed on November 13, 2020.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
