It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief in appeal No. 1 is denied as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a single reply brief for both appeals is denied (see 22 NYCRR 1000.2 [e]).
