Action to foreclose a mortgage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, N. O'Neill, J.; judgment of foreclosure by sale; following a stay of proceedings due to the named defendant's bankruptcy proceedings, the court, Satter, J., rendered a second judgment of foreclosure by sale, which was further stayed; the court, Shaughnessy, J., subsequently denied the named defendant's motion to restructure the mortgage and rendered a further judgment of foreclosure by sale, and the named defendant appealed to this court. No error.
