United States District Court, S.D. New York
Aug 23, 2005
03 Civ. 5642 (LAK) (S.D.N.Y. Aug. 23, 2005)

Opinion

03 Civ. 5642 (LAK).

August 23, 2005

ORDER

Plaintiff's motion for an additional extension of time within which to file objections to Magistrate Dolinger's report and recommendation and his order, both dated May 23, 2005, is granted to the extent that time is extended to and including September 22, 2005. Plaintiff, however, is advised that, while the Court is sympathetic with his apparent difficulties, it is unlikely to grant any further extension. The defendants have a right to prompt adjudication of the claims against them, and this extension will bring the total period afforded to plaintiff for filing his objections to over 100 days as compared with the 10 days normally allotted by law.

SO ORDERED.
