Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Stuart L. Ben, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and William Koslosky, Esq., 2635 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13501, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b).
