Summary
In Smythe v. Smythe, 28 Ill. App.2d 422, 171 N.E.2d 649, the trial court dismissed a late petition to modify a divorce decree alleging fraudulent concealment on the grounds that the petition was insufficient to give the court jurisdiction because the petition alleged no specific facts either constituting fraud or from which fraud could be implied.
